After the buyer has received the ordered goods, the buyer is entitled to withdraw from the contract entered into in the Web Shop within 14 days.

To be eligible to use the 14-day period of the right of withdrawal / swapping , the ordered goods must not be used in any other way. The goods must remain hold by their original strings and place in their original packaging. If the goods have signs of use or wear, Real Russian Hair is entitled to NOT refund or exchange the goods.
